3. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Work: All designs, code, and deliverables created by Solution Thinker remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Once paid in full, ownership rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Content: Any content, logos, images, or materials provided by the client remain the property of the client. The client must ensure they own or have the proper licenses to use such content.
Website Content: All content published on solutionthinker.com, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Solution Thinker and cannot be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are expected to:
Provide accurate and complete project details before work begins.
Supply necessary materials (logos, images, written content) on time.
Respond to communication and provide approvals promptly.
Ensure all content shared with us is legally owned or licensed.
Failure to provide timely information or approvals may result in project delays or additional costs.
5. Payments & Fees
Project Costs: All costs are outlined in the project proposal or contract.
Deposits: A deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins.
Balance Payments: The remaining balance is due upon completion or as per the agreed schedule.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started or services have been delivered. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases and must be requested in writing.
Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services, project delays, or termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure websites. However:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We cannot guarantee that websites will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to third-party issues such as hosting failures, plugin conflicts, or security breaches.
Clients are responsible for maintaining proper backups and security measures on their hosting servers unless maintenance services are explicitly included in the contract.
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
Our projects often require third-party tools such as hosting services, domain providers, APIs, or plugins.
While we recommend trusted providers, we do not control their performance or policies.
Any issues arising from third-party services (such as downtime, changes, or discontinued support) are outside our responsibility.
Additional costs related to third-party tools are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
We take confidentiality seriously.
Any information, business strategies, or sensitive data shared by the client will be kept private and used only for the purpose of completing the project.
We will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the project or agreement under the following conditions:
Client Termination: The client may cancel services with written notice, but must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Solution Thinker Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to meet obligations, including payment delays, providing misleading information, or violating these Terms.
Upon termination, all unpaid invoices must be settled, and completed work up to that point will be delivered as agreed.
10. Revisions & Support
Most projects include a set number of revisions, clearly stated in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in extra fees.
Post-project support or maintenance is not automatically included unless specified in the contract. Clients may request ongoing support packages separately.
11. Indemnification
By working with Solution Thinker, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
The use of your website or digital assets.
Any content you provide that infringes on third-party rights.
Misuse of the services delivered by us.
12. Changes to Terms
